They took their time and worked very hard at getting the payments set at an affordable price. Darwin did an excellent job as listened to what I was wanting. I would highly recommend him as a sales person to anyone.
Terrible doesn't even begin to describe the experience my fiancé has had with this business. Everything seemed great until a month after he got the car it was in the shop. For at least 1-2 months. This car has been in the shop at least 3-4 times, and each time the car has been gone a significant amount of time(1-2 months). They're very nice, say they will fix it or see if they can get him traded out every time. They tell you what you want to hear, which should be a red flag. Car is not fixed. Has never been fixed for any of the problems , despite promises, and the one time we thought it was fixed, the problem came back 2 days later. He has been patient, but enough is enough. Just a warning: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They have given him the run around every single time he has come to them with these issues. I know this isn't everyone's experience, but just be careful and take someone who knows about cars with you when making a purchase. Or take your money elsewhere and use it on a car that will last and is worth the money.
