I love this place the staff is great very welcoming and takes time to listen.Amy Meyers and Dr Nuako are wonderful always willing to listen to your complaints and solve the problems
All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Nuako truly cares for the health and well-being of his patients. He and his staff take the time to listen to patients and readily answer any questions you may have. As a patient, you never feel rushed so they can tend to the next patient.
On a positive note, the office manager was polite and helpful.
Dr. Nuako seemed knowledgeable enough, but billing was a headache. I paid off a large bill in April for services and then received another bill almost a year after services. When I called about it and left multiple voicemails, I never heard back or received another bill. An office person called about it and said it would be sent to collections, at which time I asked to have a new bill sent to my new address and to speak with the billing person. She left a message, and once again I never heard from her. I waited a few weeks and called back to check on the situation again so I could be sure to get it straightened out and paid for before it was turned over at which time I was told I owed twice what the previous woman had told me, and that it was my insurance's fault. I am fine with paying any bill that I owe, but receiving bills a year after services and receiving no correspondence from the billing employee makes me sure to use another Dr. if the situation presents itself. On top of it all, the bill was for a test that Dr. Nuako said he didn't think would show anything, but then cost $170.
I had great experience with him!! Hes very kind & he knows is work!! Great doctor!! I give him a 5 star!! He had to send me to another doctor but he knew exactly what was going on with me!!
I had upper gi bleed. This dr is awsome. He made sure I was cured and help with other things to help me get into even better help. thank you to all your staff and to you dr Nuako ...keep up the good work...we need more of drs like you
