So this is just golden. When I went to Dr. Bobo's office for my surgery, they had informed us that my dentist never sent over my x-ray so there was no way they could do the surgery unless they had one. My dentist's office was closed so my mom had no choice but to allow Dr. Bobo's office to take another x-ray for $95. My mom called our dentist today to get her money back since it is obviously not our fault they didn't send over the x-ray. Our dentist told her that they did send it, so my mom had to call Dr. Bobo's Office AGAIN. Apparently, they had my x-ray the whole time, but it was in a junk file. The woman told my mom that it is not their fault and that they could not refund her money. This woman is so dumb that she couldn't find my x-ray in the first place and it's not THEIR fault?! So it's our fault that you are incapable of searching through email?! She proceeded to tell my mom that they have a lot of emails to go through. LADY, THIS IS YOUR JOB! My mom requested to talk to Dr. Bobo himself, but apparently "he doesn't take calls". We went to this office for the convenience of how close it was, but apparently this was the wrong decision. Don't make the same mistake we did. After all of this, our dentist, Dr. Johnny R. Miller in Union City, is going to pay for Dr. Bobo's Office's idiot mistake. At least there are some good people in the world.
