Good service workers
I can't believe how badly I was treated. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I spoke with Vicky Cross about getting repair work done on my central unit since the compressor was bad, was assured that it would be an easy fix. The technician came out and billed me $100 to tell me the compressor was bad!
Everyone has been so friendly and cooperative - from the lady that answers every time I call to the technicians that come out to my home. The techs that have come out to do routine maintenance as well as fix a few problems have all been so awesome.Very professional at all times! I'm very thankful to receive such quality service over the years from this company. I can't imagine trusting another company for my heating/air needs.
Great management, friendly and knowledgeable sercice technicians.
They never return calls and belittle people when calling to see why they never called back!
Need work on unit... They were called and stayed tell it was working almost 8 pm
They billed me to tell me what I had already told them!
