Vickie Lynn McNeely with 3-d Medical clinic ordered soap from me in Nov. 2010. It's March 2011 and she still hasn't paid her bill. I've called many times and left a message, they only have an answering machine most of the time. No phone calls back except for one from her son saying he would talk to her.
