dont rent from green acres!!! rent is way to high for the old homes!! they are not insulated good at all.... the electric will run you about 350 in the winter.. it gets super cold! they want 475 for a three bedroom and 450 for a two bedroom. and they make you sign a year lease so your stuck if you end up hating it which you will. the landlord lets any people live here... people have like 6 cars and even have chickens living out here!! you cant get out of your parking spot bc big trailers are in the way! people are loud out here and they wont do nothing about it! they raise there windows blairing spanish music! if you rent out here you will regret it! unless you like the things i just mentioned you wont like it out here! there is alot more to mention but figure you will learn yourself if you rent from them! totally not worth it! find a house to rent! we did!!!
Green acres is a great little community to live in with great management and staff. Great location, within walking distance to numerous shopping centers and restaurants and conveniently located within in minutes from Discovery Park of America and other attractions. This is a great place to live.
My husband and I were practically scammed, as we were first home buyers. The finished product is not what we were promised, and the inside repairs after the home was moved from the lot to our land, took forever, and the time we were promised to move in, was a joke. We moved in several months after due date. The ad in the paper said with "every" new home purchase, they would include a 4-wheeler, well, we bought a brand new home, and were then told, that one didn't count because there was a discount on it. (doesn't make sense, we didn't see the discount?!) Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. J.W was our dealer, and he did not do hardly anything he said would happen.

I'm having the same problems that I see others are having, months after due date still not near ready to move in and I know that there will be many repairs after I move in. I truly feel I'm being scammed, it's a shame that people don't take pride in there work or there companies anymore. They totally destroyed my land, went and looked at the home today after I was told on Friday that it was set and electric polls were put in and plumbing would be finished on Tuesday morning, and nothing was done the house was so unbalanced that it wobbled when we walked in it. I am so disappointed in Greenachers and J.W that for the first time in my life I'm thinking about the legality issues and maybe talking to someone that can help me.
